Facility Rental Pricing

SMRPD Co-Sponsored, Public Events

To encourage residents and groups to put on events for the benefit of the communities that we serve, SMRPD will consider co-sponsoring public events. Co-sponsored events are eligible for fee reductions or waivers and/or liability insurance provided by SMRPD.

Other Events

The facility rental charges below are different for canyon residents and non-residents.
These are the base rates for four hours. For events lasting between four and eight hours, add 20% for each additional hour.
For events that exceed 8 hours use the application for Wedding or Large Special Event is required.
A penalty of up to $200/hour may be deducted from the deposit if renters show up before or stay beyond their allocated times, including cleanup.
